With the growing number of shops in all major shopping malls throughout the country Pentravel is always on the lookout for exceptional sales people.
“Pentravel believes that good people are the keys to our business success. We have just launched a nationwide recruitment campaign and hope to recruit an additional 20 people by the end of August,” added Hough.
If you think you have got what it takes to be a Pentravel advisor you need to meet a few non-negotiable requirements. You need to be passionate about travel and must have travelled internationally. You will have to have had at least 18 months prior work experience (in any field) and have achieved results in previous roles.
“We are seeking individuals who are driven by success and who shares their success with others. Individuals who thrive on a challenge, are not afraid of hard work and who appreciate being rewarded and recognised for their achievements,” said Sally Roberts, Pentravel HR Officer.
Make no mistake, being a travel agent is hard work. However those who work hard, get to play even harder. Pentravel sends their agents on the best educationals (think Thailand and Mauritius) and our high achievers have already been sent to the Maldives, the Great Wall of China, Machu Picchu and this year are going to the Galapagos Islands with Trafalgar Tours.
